Projects

Each project answers a real need. Start with the three signature projects; the last group goes deeper into security and technical work.

Signature projects

The three that best show how I work — from a real need to a system that runs on its own.

EventMap home page: Paris events grouped by culture of origin, with a map of tonight's outings

EventMap In production Personal project

One good plan for tonight, instead of 200 options

Need
Hundreds of events to scroll through — and too many options often end in staying home.
Solution
A map that opens on “tonight, near me” with a short, filtered selection.
Result
Live since August 2026, refreshed automatically from several open data sources.

Alim'confiance Archive Runs every week Personal project

Saving public food-safety inspections before they disappear

Need
Public restaurant hygiene inspections are deleted after 12 months — unless someone saves them, the history is lost.
Solution
A robot that saves the complete dataset every Monday and checks each copy.
Result
72,688 inspections saved in the first snapshot; running weekly since August 2026.

Home page of this site: “I turn needs into useful systems”, on a starry background with a small orbiting system

This website In production Personal project

A complete system I run, with proof you can check live

Need
A portfolio should prove skills, not just list them.
Solution
A bare server I installed, secured and automated — it serves this very page.
Result
Online since August 2026: 5 security checks re-run every hour by a separate probe, automatic deployments with rollback.

More projects built from real needs

Useful tools and systems — designed, built, automated and running.

Security Observatory In production Personal project

Noticing automatically when a site's security slips

Need
A security setting removed by mistake goes unnoticed — until someone else notices.
Solution
A robot that checks my sites every 30 minutes, separately from them, and keeps a history.
Result
Running since 30 Aug 2026; its first pass found a real leak, fixed within the hour.

Mindmap online: a wireframe globe on a starry background, with two glowing notes — “Bienvenue” and “Sur le site”, the branch that maps this site's projects

Mindmap In production Personal project

Exploring your ideas without ever losing your place

Need
In mind-map tools, opening a branch makes you lose track of where you came from.
Solution
One space that grows around what you open, with the parent level always in view.
Result
Live since September 2026; three navigation designs tried, the clearest one kept.

Going deeper: security & technical projects

For technical readers: compliance, security operations and experiments.

ISO 27001 security management Documented approach Personal project

Security management — ISO 27001 & GDPR applied to my own infrastructure

Need
Saying “it's secure” proves nothing — security has to be decided, documented and proven.
Solution
The ISO 27001 method applied to my own server: scope, risks, 93 controls, internal audit.
Result
Complete documentation, gaps included; 17 controls audited — not certified, and said plainly.

Open-source SOC Lab environment Master's project

Security operations center — detecting and handling attacks for a small company (lab)

Need
A small company wants its security monitored without paying for an expensive suite.
Solution
A security operations center built only from open-source tools, from detection to investigation.
Result
Working end to end in a lab, with a daily automatic report — never in production.

Trading lab Lab environment Personal project

Testing investment rules honestly, without real money

Need
Tests of investment rules on past data often cheat without saying so.
Solution
A lab that never looks at tomorrow's price, counts fees and can't place an order.
Result
3 modules, 453 lines, 11 indicators per test — and no performance promised.
