How I work
I start from people and their needs, then build systems that make their work simpler — and keep running on their own.
Six steps, every time
-
Listen
I start with the people who will use the result: what they do, what slows them down, what they have already tried.
-
Understand
I check the facts before building — the data, the constraints, what already exists. Sometimes the research decides the project.
-
Simplify
I reduce the problem to the one thing that matters, and leave the rest out.
-
Build
I build the simplest thing that works end to end — and I can host, secure and run it myself.
-
Automate
If a task repeats, a machine should do it: weekly archives, checks every 30 minutes, deployments that roll back on their own.
-
Improve
I measure, write down what is still missing, and fix it. Every project page lists its own gaps.
Behind the projects
My day job is IT support at Action contre la Faim: keeping people's tools working, helping colleagues, explaining technical things in plain words and coordinating with the teams who depend on them.
The projects on this site come from the same habit — notice what gets in people's way, understand why, then fix it properly and make the fix last.
Cloud, security and automation are means, not an identity: I pick them when they serve the need.
How I build
I use AI agents as a multiplier for research and implementation, not as a replacement for judgment. They speed up searching, drafting and coding; they do not decide what is worth building.
- Turn a vague need into a system: find the real problem, challenge the first solution, define what “done” means.
- Orchestrate the tools: which agent or tool does what, in which order, within which limits.
- Set acceptance criteria before building, then verify against them — tests, CI, the live service — rather than trusting a report.
- Iterate until the result is reproducible, and running in production when that matters.
Not every line is typed by hand, and I do not claim it is. What I stand behind is the need, the decisions, the checks and a result you can verify.
Where I bring the most
Three kinds of work, each backed by something you can check.
-
Systems & workplace administration
Keeping people's tools running, supporting colleagues and explaining technical things in plain words.
-
IT & cloud operations
Setting up, securing, deploying and monitoring services that stay up.
Proof This website: automatic deployments with rollback, checked every hour
-
Automation
Turning repetitive work into reliable jobs that run on their own and report when something breaks.
Proof A public-data archive saved every Monday since August 2026
Security runs through all three: two years as an IT security officer in banking (Cognizant) and a Master’s in cybersecurity.
